RACE 1 SELECTIONS:  2-7-1-5

#2 ELWOOD’S ADVICE (4-1) goes first off the claim for trainer Tom Amoss under Corey Lanerie who is winless at the meet. This one has been a speed and fade candidate the last four races, but the trainer switch should help and also the cut back in distance as well. He has done his best running in sprints and according to Formulator the last five years Amoss is 7 for 15 (47%) on dirt going route to sprint first off the claim off 31-60 days. Good 5 furlong drill on 10/5 for this and this one should make a good account of himself in here.

SUGGESTED PLAYS:  $10 win and place on #2 ELWOOD’S ADVICE and a $3 exacta key box 2/1,5,7,8.

RACE 2 SELECTIONS:  3-11-12-10
#3 FAULT LINE (6-1) will be my play in this spot. Goes third off the layoff after running paired up numbers. Finished 2nd last out against a little bit better at Churchill and should appreciate the minor drop for trainer Paul McGee. Jockey Edgar Morales retains the ride and we should get all of the 6-1 in here.
SUGGESTED PLAYS:  $10 win and place on #3 FAULT LINE and a $3 exacta key box 3/10,11,12.
RACE 5 SELECTIONS:  3-5-2
With top pick #1 AURORA WAY (9-2) scratching I do not have another opinion worth talking about.
SUGGESTED PLAYS:  $1 PICK THREE PLAY:  2,3,5/5,8,9,10/1,7,11.
RACE 6 SELECTIONS:  5-8-9-10
Going to give a shot with #5 CHAMPAGNERIE (8-1) in here for trainer Wayne Catalano going first out under Channing Hill. This one debuts with lasix and has been working very well for this. According to Formulator the last five years Catalano is 9 for 45 (20%) with 2yo dirt sprint first time starters. This one is bred for speed and winning first out being by Shackleford who gets 17% debut winners. Kin to alot of multiple winners and this one should run well today.
SUGGESTED PLAYS:  $10 win and place on #5 CHAMPAGNERIE and a $3 exacta key box 5/1,2,8,9,10.
